At Gemzy.ca, we ship all orders safely and efficiently from Canada. This page outlines our processing times, shipping options, and policies.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Pre-order items ship when the product is officially released.

Shipping Within Canada

We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on region)

Shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary by location.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 4–10 business days
  • Europe: Coming soon. 

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. 

Most of our inventory is Made In USA so there is no duty, tariffs or additional fees to pay.


Shipping Rates

Standard (Domestic & International)

  • 19.95$ CAD under 200$ CAD
  • Free on orders over 200$ CAD

Express (Domestic & International)

  • 29.95$ CAD

We do not add additional fees or markups to shipping costs.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Gemzy.ca is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Packaging

All collectible products, including Pokémon sealed items and trading cards, are packaged securely using bubble mailers, reinforced boxes, and protective sleeves or toploaders where applicable.


Tracking Information

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier details
  • A link to monitor your shipment

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • Check the tracking information.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for the most accurate updates.
  • If additional assistance is needed, contact us at support@gemzy.ca.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship when all items are available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, place separate orders.
